YORK COUNCIL GUILTY OF FALSE ACCOUNTING

I have been in dispute with the council for the last 2 years, from which i have with the help of the council discovered that they have been false accounting and submitting false figures to be used in court cases. Not only that but a member of the fraud unit at the council submitted a perjurious statement to the court with false dates and figures. I am only one person who has stood up to this criminal act by York council and i am worried that they have done the same to other citizens of York. The only answer i have got from the council is that if i dont shut up then they will take me to court for harrassing council officials, they have the cheek to even dare do this to me after they issued a notice that bailiffs were coming to our home for a debt that we never owed in the first place and the council apologised two days later. Has this ever happened to any one else out there?
