I live in York and I am always eating out at some fantastic little places in your, unfortunatley O,Neils(high ouse gate) is not one, I saw the menu the pictures food looked fantastic, but when the food arrive (Burger Chips and salad) there was planty of it, but it was all rock hard.
The chips had no patatoe content left in them, due to them being being frozen solid just 5 mins before, the bread bun was also rock hard the Burger was cooked but left a ring of grease on my food that John trovalta would of been proud to owned up too.
All in all an offence to my pallet,and further offence was felt when they handed me the bill.
